Refund & Cancellation Policy
If circumstances have changed and you need to cancel your Convention Registration and/or Room Booking, this can be done up to 2 weeks before the Convention.
Please contact us to let us know and we will issue a full refund of your Convention Registration and if you have requested a room cancellation we will confirm that with you. As you were not required to pay a deposit for the room, there is no refund due for that.
